I was getting so many requests for the template that I thought I would put it up here for you.
My scanner would not scan the entire image the total template is 10 1/2"x 8 7/8" you will have to add another 1/2" from the scan.
Hopefully the score lines will show. The folder is scored at 5" from both sides.

Love the idea but the template is too big.Can you send me the template smaller, that way I can enlarge it after to fit a CD. I would like to explore your mind as you have some great idea's. Thanks for sharing.
